I have been staying in one of the apartments managed by Rob & Team for 5 years now. Since I have stayed for long, I can safely vouch for the team. I think a couple of the new team members are also learning and doing well. From rent negotiations to occasional appliance fixes and following up with vendors, they are very punctual. I do remember there was a time when there was no electricity for the whole block, and before me saying anything, they were already on top of it, and that's the kind of communication that is always appreciated. Everyone at Lovejoy Stevens are warm & friendly and guided us through the rental process smoothly and quickly. If we have ever needed anything, any repairs etc. these have been attended to within 48 hours. We are sent regular statements and are kept up to date with any periods of time when the office might be uncontactable e.g. Christmas holidays. A great service, we highly recommend them.
